Yiftach Nagar explores how people can make use of information technologies to make organizations work better. Yiftach is currently a Doctoral Fellow at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and takes an active part in research done at the Center for Collective Intelligence. Together with experts in computer science, brain sciences and psychology, organization science and management science, Yiftach is looking at novel ways of connecting people to harness and enhance

the collective intelligence of groups and organizations, ease collaboration and improve decision-making. His current research involves people and artificial intelligence agents playing together in prediction markets. Yiftach has gained vast experience with software, telecom and information technologies since 1988. He has held various R&D, project, program and product management roles, and has worked with partners and customers in Europe, Asia and the US. Yiftach has led projects and products that include network management systems, operation and decision support systems, optical networking and mobile multimedia products that were successfully deployed at some of the world’s greatest telecom companies including AT&T, Vodafone and TIM among others. He holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, where he also took graduate studies in Decisions and Operations research.
