Welcome to the Internet site of the

First Annual Boston Vegetarian Food Festival!

The Festival took place on Sunday, May 5, 1996 on MIT's campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It ran from 11am to 6pm and was held in and around the Johnson Athletic Center

It was a success by almost all standards. A good time was had by many. Attendance is estimated at 2,500 to 4,000. All vendors and restaurants were extremely pleased with the turnout; they may be able to help refine the attendance estimate.
