Facilitating Effective Research (FER) Program

The FER Program helps graduate students develop skills in mentoring undergraduate researchers.  Sessions encourage students to reflect on their individual mentoring and advising styles and to consider how different behaviors influence mentoring relationships. Faculty, experienced graduate students, and undergraduate researchers also provide perspectives on mentoring situations.
