-
Report an Injury: Supervisors or their designees need to submit a report on any injury taking place on MIT premises or
involving MIT employees in the performance of their work within 24 hours using this online form.
Training
- Training Reconciliation:
Lets Training Reconcilers for a PI or Supervisor review the list of people who affiliated with their PI
or Supervisor in their online Training Needs Assessment and add the names of those who are missing, delete
those that are incorrect or inactivate those who are no longer there. This information should be updated
regularly, at a minimum of twice a year when email reminders are sent to the Training Reconciler.
Adding someone automatically sends them an email to complete their Training Needs Assessment.
