Although registration is allowed until the complete admission list is posted, entries are "late" after 14 days prior to the event date. There is an objective algorithm for timely entries, but all decisions on "late" entries will be based solely on factors that ease the organizational burden for the TD.  (Note:  USAVB numbers not required for in-region (NERVA) players.)
