MITEI Education Office
The Education Office supports MITEI and the Energy Education Task Force to enhance energy education at MIT and provides support to students working in energy and environment issues through a variety of programs.
- Graduate fellowships through the MITEI Energy Fellowships and networking of graduate fellows into a vital interdisciplinary community.
- UROPs exploring research in energy and sustainability fields, particularly using the MIT campus as a learning laboratory
- The EnergyClasses and EnviroClasses websites, leading students to classes across campus that are relevant to these areas of interest
- Facilitating the work of student groups in energy and the environment
- Maintaining strong connections with environmental education and Campus Energy Activities at MIT, through diverse, cross-campus collaborations with students, staff and faculty.
The MITEI Education Office includes the Education Program at the Laboratory for Energy and the Environment. Information on ongoing LFEE Education Program activities in energy, environment and sustainability is available at the LFEE Education website.
