MIT Mexico
Viva Mexico!
The MIT-Mexico Program facilitates dynamic connections between the MIT community and their counterparts in Mexico.
Through the MIT-Mexico Program, these are some of the things MIT students have done:
- helped redesign the new Aeromexico airport terminal
- conducted legal and economic research on the consumer protection laws for users of financial services
- analyzed the risks of electrical lines in coastal areas
- worked on developing a braille display that would be economically accesible
- helped to model the complex biological processes involved in the development of cervical tumors with computer modeling software
The MIT-Mexico program also organizes and sponsors lectures, film festivals, and symposiums about Mexico.
