Hotel Information

Located in the heart of Cambridge academia, University Park HOTEL @ MIT is a unique blend of cosmopolitan accommodations and high tech amenities. Their 210 well appointed rooms combine the warm atmosphere of a private study with unique furniture and amenities.

IPCO 2002 is holding a block of rooms at the University Park Hotel @ MIT. These rooms are being held on a first-come, first-served basis at $129 single/double. No more than two people are allowed per room. Rates are subject to prevailing state and local taxes, currently at 12.45%. These rooms will be held for IPCO's use until Sunday, March 24, 2002.

After IPCO's room block fills or after the cut-off date, reservations at the IPCO group rate will depend upon availability.

Participants have to make reservations directly with the hotel. You may either call +1 617 577 0200 or e-mail reservations@hotelatmit.com. When making your reservation, reference IPCO 2002 in order to obtain the group rate. You will be asked for a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

When making your travel and hotel reservations, remember that the Summer School starts Saturday, May 25 at 8:45 AM. IPCO opens with an informal get together on Sunday, May 26 at 6 PM.

Since the hotel cut-off date has passed, it may happen that higher rates than described will be charged if you make your reservation now. Alternative accommodation is available in John Jeffries House. Mention IPCO 2002 when you make your reservation.
