CHILDCARE
*Childcare will be available on 4/4 and 4/5. Pre-registration is required by April 2, 2008 at 5 PM if you wish to take advantage of the services offered. Contact Andi Sutton (arsutton@mit.edu) if you wish to use the childcare we are offering. We are asking parents to pay on a sliding scale ($10 - $7 per hour.) Details on the group childcare service and cost below.
We will have on-site group child care available on Friday, April 4, from 6:30 - 9:30 and on Saturday, April 5, from 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM. Care will be provided by Parents in a Pinch, a company based in Brookline that will be providing caregivers during this time. For more information about the company and the group childcare service we will be using, visit their web site or call 617-739-5437.
*Cost*
We appreciate pre-registration and as an indication that you will be using the childcare service so we can provide adequate staff. Childcare will cost the GCWS $15/hour/child and we ask that parents who will be taking advantage of this service pay on a sliding scale $10 - $7 per hour. We cannot afford an unlimited amount and so we would appreciate your contributing to childcare costs as much as you are able, including considering sponsoring another child if you can. No child will be turned away from child care due to lack of funds.
