Your freshman folder URL will be made available at this location beignning Tuesday, August 18.
What Is Your Online Freshman Advising Folder?
Your online Advising Folder brings together information and testing results that will help you choose subjects and plan your first year. Your freshman advisor will also have access to the information on your online Advising Folder.

Checking Your Online Freshman Advising Folder
Beginning Tuesday, August 18, you will be able to access your online Freshman Advising Folder.
On or soon after August 18, please check your online Advising Folder to confirm that we have your scores before you meet with your advisor for Fall Registration on Thursday, September 3.
- Not all information will be in your Folder when it first goes live, so check back several times in August and September.
- If information is missing, please follow the instructions on your Advising Folder for having scores reported. For example, if your AP scores are not on your folder, you will find a direct link to the College Board website.
Accessing Your Folder
Your Folder is part of MIT's Student Information System. Access to your personal academic and financial records is limited to you and MIT officials who have a legitimate educational interest (for more information see MIT's Student Information Policy).
- In order to obtain an MIT web certificate, you must first create your MIT Kerberos identity (your MIT email username).
- Information, instructions, and your account coupon were included in the mailing sent out by UAAP in early May.
