2009 Q4 Update

Results for the 4th quarter of 2009 show a -4.9% price decrease for the properties sold in the NCREIF database compared to the previous quarter. The demand-side index fell 4.5%. The supply side of the market continued to lower its reservation prices by 5.3%. Transaction activity increased for the third straight quarter.
