• Declare a Subject Sophomore Exploratory
• Remove a Subject from Sophomore Exploratory Status
• Change Sophomore Exploratory Subject from Credit to Listener
• Change Grading from Letter Grades to Junior/Senior P/D/F
• Change Grading from Junior/Senior P/D/F to Letter Grades
• Change Subject Registration from Credit to Listener
• Change Subject Registration from Listener to Credit
  

General Procedures for Petitioning CAP for Registration Changes

• Review our petition process, which includes information about signatures and statements, extenuating circumstances, petition deadlines, and petition review.

• Download the appropriate form, explain your request in a brief statement, obtain appropriate signatures and statements from Institute personnel, and submit the petition to the CAP Office.
