Late Changes to Your Registration

REGISTRATION FOLLOWING FINANCIAL HOLD

If you were previously on financial hold and now need to register for your subjects this term (or for previous terms), you will need to petition the CAP.

CAP POLICY ON FINANCIAL HOLDS

No petitions for retroactive awarding of credit for students on financial hold will be entertained without the recommendation of a majority of a committee composed of the Director of Student Financial Services, the Registrar, and a Director of the Office of Counseling and Support Services.  Following such a recommendation, the CAP will consider the merits of the petition.  Students submitting these petitions must contact a counseling dean before the CAP meets to consider the request.  Except in extraordinary circumstances, the CAP will not approve such petitions for terms ending more than one calendar year prior to the date of the petition.
